Discover a day of fun and learning at the 6th Annual Outdoor Rural Roots Farmer Showcase! This is a 2 part event:
Meet your local farmers at the daytime market. 10:00AM – 4:00 PM. Explore our scavenger hunt, take a guided tour of the historic farmstead and George Pegg’s garden, enjoy enchanting tales from our storyteller, and tap your toes to Dutch’s accordion tunes. Book your seat on the horse-drawn wagon ride and take a mini-workshop to learn a new skill.
Experience an unforgettable evening. 5:30-8:30 PM. Join us for an outdoor Farm to Table Dinner & Concert featuring the local band, Never Too Late, guaranteed to get your toes tapping and your heart singing. Enjoy a delicious charcuterie box prepared by Board & Iron, complimented by beer, wine, and spirits from local vendors. Tickets on sale until August 9.
Market visitors and diners can enter to win a $250.00 “Dinner for 6” from Board and Iron or The Jaded Chef Restaurant in Sangudo.
