Volunteer Schedule
Thursday, July 3 – 6:30 set up
Friday, July 4 – shifts start 11:00 am – 11:00pm – each shift is 3 hours
Saturday, July 5 – shifts start 8:30am – 11:00pm – each shift is 3 hours
Sunday, July 6 – take down/clean up 9:30am – 12:30pm
When you volunteer for Summerfest, each volunteer will receive a free pass for the weekend.
Volunteers willing to do 2 or more shifts will also receive FREE overflow camping for Friday and Saturday nights.
We encourage youth (12 – 15 years of age) to volunteer, however they must be partnered with an adult. If you know of a youth that would like to volunteer, please ensure an adult signs up for a shift at the same time/location with them.
Volunteers must be 16+.
